How Much Does a PCA Make in Minnesota?

Pay for PCAs in Minnesota can vary depending on several factors including whether the recipient is under the PCA Choice or the Traditional Pay Model, the services provided, and whether overtime is approved.

At Best Care, every employee will receive competitive pay regardless of whether they are PCA Choice or Traditional caregivers. In addition, caregivers for recipients of the Traditional PCA model are allowed to work overtime if preapproved.
