Access the Paylocity portal to view your check stubs, check your PTO balance, and update your W-4 or direct deposit information.
*All the verifying information needs to match what Best Care/Paylocity.
To access the Paylocity Portal:
- Select "Register New User"
- Select “I don’t have a registration passcode”
- Enter Company ID: 99514
- Enter Your Last Name:
- Enter Your SSN: xxx-xx-xxxx (must include dashes)
- Enter Your Date of Birth
