Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

EVV now Required:
As of September 1, 2024, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires all caregivers to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems to document in-home or community-based services. 

Best Care uses the RevivingCare EVV app, which is compatible with various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. To ensure compliance and avoid potential payroll delays, please transition to using the RevivingCare EVV system.
