Learn more about CFSS in Minnesota
EVV now Required:
As of September 1, 2024, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires all caregivers to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems to document in-home or community-based services. For more information, refer to the Minnesota DHS EVV compliance policy.
To meet this requirment, Best Care uses the RevivingCare EVV app, which is compatible with various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. Best Care encourages its employees to transition to EVV to ensure compliance. Until you are able to transition you may continue to use the Best Care Timesheet App or Email.
