Welcome to Restorative Coaching! Best Care is offering restorative coaching with Barb Hammer (see bio below) during Covid 19 as a complimentary service to all of our PCAs and Clients of Best Care. Please fill out the questionnaire below and then schedule a phone call time with Barb. The sessions run between a half hour to 45 min. in length as needed. This is an unprecedented time and we want you to have this as another resource!
As a Life, Business and Leadership Coach, I’ve been working for 14 years with folks in all walks of life. There are all sorts of reasons people turn to a coach and they’re all unique to the individual. If I were to sum up what I do as a coach, it’s to listen and be present, to support where needed and to stand for the full wellbeing of the person I am working with.
